Booking & Payment

Your booking receipt will be sent to the email provided to us. We will send your booking confirmation email immediately after purchasing. 

Should you find it difficult to find your confirmation email, please check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder/section in your email. 

If you face any issues, contact us through email at support@healtopedia.com.

All users are required to bring valid documentation to the testing location, including:

  • Identity Card (IC);
  • Photocopy of your Identity Card (IC);
  • Email/Receipt of your purchased product;
  • Booking Approval Email;
  • Passport (for International/Foreigners).

Your coupon code is subject to terms and conditions, please check the terms of the coupon to see if it is applicable to your current cart.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Prior to purchasing, you may continue to add more products to your shopping cart.

Once you have added your selected products to your cart, you may proceed with your payment on our secure payment gateway.

Once you have made payment, your order is complete and your booking shall be confirmed with you shortly.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact support@healtopedia.com within three (3) working days from the date of purchases made on Healtopedia

Your request is subjected to the providers approval and may take up to three (3) working days for approval.

Kindly be informed that any refund of payment shall incur a processing fee, the amount of which is dependent on the payment method chosen.

Payments done via FPX (Online Banking) will incur a processing fee of RM3.

Payments done via Debit/Credit Card will incur a processing fee of 2.3% of your order value.

The refunded amount will be remitted into your chosen bank account in 7 working days. A Representative from our team will reach out to you via email to obtain the relevant bank details.

Any request for refunds you would like to make for your order must be informed to us at least three (3) working days before the appointment date for purchases made via credit / debit cards on Healtopedia. The requests will require up three (3) working days for approval.

For special refund request not within the refund policy, Healtopedia may charge an administration fee for the service.
